I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist based in Birmingham, UK and founder of NutriSian.

I specialise in helping busy women, that are feeling fatigued and stressed, overcome their health challenges by creating sustainable lifestyle and nutrition habits focusing on diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation.
