I'm Sian, BANT Registered Nutritionist Therapist
I’m a mum to two teenage boys, and I run my own business alongside a busy family life.
I also know first-hand what it’s like to feel constantly stretched, tired, and trying to keep everything moving while your own needs slip further down the list. I’m navigating perimenopause myself, balancing work, family life, and the mental load that comes with both.
Despite my training and experience, I’m not immune to fatigue, stress, or feeling overwhelmed. And that’s exactly why my work is grounded in reality, not theory.
I support busy women who feel worn down, out of sync with their energy, and unsure where to focus anymore. Often they’ve tried to make changes before, but nothing has quite stuck because life is full, unpredictable, and demanding.
My role isn’t to tell you to do more, be stricter, or aim for perfection. It’s to help you understand what’s actually driving your low energy and stress, and to build personalised nutrition and lifestyle support that fits around the life you already have.
I work in a practical, evidence-based, and collaborative manner. No extremes. No guilt. Just steady, sensible support to help you feel more resilient, more energised, and more in control again.
I work with women in Birmingham and across the UK via online consultations. If I can support women through this while living it myself, there is a realistic and hopeful way forward for you too.
