Meet Sian

I’m Sian, a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist based in Birmingham, specialising in supporting busy women experiencing persistent fatigue, high stress, and hormonal change.

I work with women whose energy no longer feels reliable, who are balancing demanding careers and full lives, and who want clear, personalised support rather than conflicting advice or another approach that is difficult to sustain.

My focus is simple: to help you understand what is driving your symptoms and create realistic nutrition and lifestyle support that works within the context of your life.

My story

Like many of the women I support, I understand what it means to manage a demanding career, family life, and the constant mental load that comes with both.

As a mum to two teenage boys, a business owner, and someone navigating perimenopause myself, I know first-hand how easily your own wellbeing can slip down the priority list, and how frustrating it is when your energy no longer matches the life you want to lead.

Despite my training, I’m not immune to stress or fatigue. And that is precisely why my work is grounded in reality, not theory.

I don’t believe women need more pressure, stricter routines, or unrealistic expectations. They need thoughtful, evidence-led support that recognises the complexity of their lives.

Who I support

I specialise in working with busy women who feel persistently tired, stretched by the demands of daily life, and unsure what their body now needs to feel well.

Many of the women I support come to me when their energy is no longer consistent.
Sleep is less restorative, and stress feels harder to recover from.

They are often used to coping and carrying on, but sense that something has shifted.

What used to work no longer does, and it can be difficult to know where to focus.

Clients commonly seek support for:

  • ongoing fatigue

  • disrupted or unrefreshing sleep

  • high stress levels

  • perimenopause and hormonal change

  • brain fog or poor concentration

  • feeling depleted rather than energised

Often they have already tried to make positive changes.

The challenge is not a lack of effort, but finding an approach that is realistic and sustainable alongside a full life.

My role is to help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, bring clarity to what your body needs, and support you in moving forward with confidence.

My approach

My work is personalised, evidence-led, and designed to support women within the reality of a full and demanding life.

Rather than offering generic plans or short-term solutions, I focus on understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms and identifying where the most meaningful changes can be made.

We begin by building a clear picture of your health, lifestyle, and current pressures. This allows us to prioritise what will support your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing without adding further strain to an already busy schedule.

From there, we take a structured and practical approach. Recommendations are tailored to you, explained clearly, and designed to feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

There are no extremes and no expectation of perfection. Instead, the focus is on steady, realistic adjustments that support your physiology and help you feel more resilient over time.

I work collaboratively with my clients so you understand not only what we are doing, but why. This enables you to make informed decisions about your health and adapt your approach as life evolves.

Because lasting change rarely comes from doing everything differently at once. It comes from making the right changes, at the right pace, with the right support.

My Training & Qualifications

I am also a Registered Nutrigenomic Practitioner with Lifecode Gx®, which enables me to incorporate genetic insights where appropriate to further personalise nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

These professional standards help ensure that my work is evidence-led, safe, and tailored to the individual rather than based on generic guidance.

I am committed to ongoing professional development so that the support I provide reflects current research and best practice in nutritional therapy.

Considering support?

If much of this feels familiar and you feel ready to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, you are very welcome to get in touch.

The best place to start is with a clarity call. This is a focused, no-pressure conversation where we can talk through what has been going on for you, explore what support might be helpful, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no expectation to commit. The aim is simply to give you greater clarity and a sense of direction.

You do not need to have everything figured out. However, a willingness to better understand your body and take a thoughtful, realistic approach will help you gain the most from our work together.
