INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 large Egg (organic if possible)
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- Handful of Wilted Spinach
- Sliced of Wholemeal Sourdough
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring it to a boil
- Crack an egg into a small bowl and line a clean plate with paper towels
- When the water is boiling, add 2 tablespoons white vinegar and 2 teaspoons ground turmeric.
- Reduce the heat to keep the water gently simmering, then pour in the egg
- Poach the egg for 3-4 minutes, then pull it out with a slotted spoon and dry it off on the paper towels
- Serve with wilted spinach or toast with avocado
