INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed⁠
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana⁠

75g Mixed Frozen Berries – I used blueberries and blackberries⁠

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend together and serve, topped with homemade granola

NOTES

Frozen berries are picked at peak ripeness and immediately frozen, retaining their nutrients and flavour. They’re more affordable, convenient, and a perfect cupboard staple.
