Who is this for
Does this sound familiar?
- You wake up already feeling tired, even after a reasonable night's sleep.
- Your energy drops as the day goes on. By mid-afternoon you're reaching for coffee, something sweet or simply pushing through.
- Work gets the best of your energy. You get through what needs doing, but there's much less left for yourself afterwards.
- Weekends become recovery time. Instead of enjoying them, you're often trying to catch up after the week.
- You've tried eating better and going to bed earlier, and not much has changed.
- You're confused about what to change. There's so much nutrition advice out there that it's difficult to know what's relevant to you or where to start.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll look at your individual situation and decide where it makes sense to focus.
Why the whole week matter
Your energy isn't just about what you eat.
Food matters, but it sits alongside sleep, stress, health, hormonal changes and the demands of everyday life.
These things don’t happen separately. A busy day can change when and what you eat. Poor sleep can make the following day harder to manage. Work and family demands can leave little time for regular meals, movement or recovery.
That’s why the Energy Review looks at the wider picture, rather than focusing on your diet in isolation.
Food & nutrition
What you're currently eating, meal patterns and how food fits around your working week.
Sleep & daily routines
Your sleep, working hours, breaks, activity and the practical shape of your day.
Stress & recovery
Your sleep, working hours, breaks, activity and the practical shape of your day.
Health history
Your health history, current concerns, medication and relevant test results.
How it works
What’s included in your Energy Review
01 | Before we meet
Questionnaire and food diary
You'll complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire and a short food diary before your appointment. I'll review these in advance so we can make good use of our time together.
02 | Your 60-minute review
We work out what matters
We'll talk through your health history, food, sleep, and routines. From there, we build a plan for what actually helps, focusing on 2–3 priorities rather than trying to change everything at once.
03 | After your review
You get a clear, practical plan
You'll receive your personalised plan in writing, explaining what we're focusing on, why it matters and the practical changes we've agreed.
04 | Around four weeks later
We check what's working
A check-in to review what's changed, what's been manageable, and where adjustments are needed (via voice note or short call).
What you leave with
A clearer idea of what to focus on, and what to do next
Clear priorities
A clearer idea of what is worth focusing on first, rather than a long list of things to change.
Personalised recommendations
Recommendations based on your health history, current diet, routines and circumstances.
The thinking behind your plan
I'll explain why we're focusing on each area so you understand your recommendations rather than simply being told what to do.
Practical next steps
A written plan with realistic actions you can start putting into practice. Sent within 2 working days (and often within 24 hours). Nothing to remember or write down in session.
For many people, that will be enough to take forward independently. If further support would be useful, we can discuss the options, but there’s no obligation to continue.
Client testiominal
She is incredibly down to earth and an attentive listener. Her advice is all backed by research, and has you as the client at the centre of it all.
Sian worked so amazingly at giving me the necessary advice, but also being very realistic about how I could implement any change. She has worked all changes into my current routines, and has made everything feel so achievable.
I would highly recommend Sian to anyone looking to see maintainable and effective changes to their diet, and understanding of how to eat to support your health best! “

Hi, I'm Sian.

My approach is practical and evidence-informed. Recommendations need to work alongside your job, family and everything else you’re managing, rather than asking you to organise your life around an ideal routine.
Before you book
Is the Energy Review the right level of support?
A good fit if you want:
- Personalised nutrition advice based on your individual situation
- Help deciding what is most useful to focus on first
- Practical recommendations you can take forward independently
- Professional input without committing to longer-term support
You may need a different level of support if:
- You're looking for ongoing appointments and support while you make changes
- There are several areas that need more time to work through
- You'd benefit from regular review and adjustment rather than a standalone review
If you need more ongoing 1:1 support, The Energy Foundation may be a better fit.
READY TO START?
Get clear on what to focus on next.
The Energy Review gives you personalised recommendations and practical next steps based on your health, nutrition and daily routines.
For many people, it’s enough to take forward independently, with no obligation to continue.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Energy Review suitable for everyone?
There are some situations where I may not be the right practitioner for you, or where another type of support should come first. This may include an active eating disorder, certain medical conditions, or symptoms that need medical assessment.
If you’re unsure, please book a free 15-minute discovery call before booking. If I’m not the right person to help, I’ll tell you and, where possible, point you towards someone better suited to what you need.
Do I need a discovery call before booking?
If you’re unsure whether the Energy Review or Energy Foundation would suit you better, or you’d simply like to speak before deciding, you can book a free 15-minute discovery call.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a health questionnaire and a short food and lifestyle diary to complete before we meet. I’ll review these in advance so I already have an understanding of your health history, current concerns and routines when we start your session.
I’ll review these before we meet so that your 60-minute session can focus on your individual situation and priorities.
Will I need to change my whole diet?
We’ll identify the 2–3 areas most useful to focus on and agree practical changes that fit your circumstances.
Will I need supplements or private testing?
Not necessarily. Supplements or private testing aren’t automatically part of the Energy Review.
If I think either may be worth considering, I’ll explain why and we can discuss the options before you decide. Where appropriate, I may also suggest speaking to your GP or another healthcare professional.
Any supplements or private tests are paid for separately, and there is no requirement to purchase them.
What happens at the four-week check-in?
I’ll review your responses personally and follow up with a brief voice note or, where it would be more useful, a short check-in call.
The check-in is there to review and clarify the recommendations from your Energy Review. If something new comes up that needs a fuller assessment, we can discuss the most appropriate next step.
What happens after the Energy Review?
For many people, the Energy Review is enough to take forward independently.
If you’d benefit from more ongoing support, we can discuss whether the Energy Foundation would be appropriate. There’s no obligation to continue working together.
