These Terms & Conditions apply to all nutrition and digital/technical support services provided by NutriSian. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

1. Overview of Services
NutriSian provides two categories of services:
Nutrition Services
These may include nutritional consultations, programmes, education, guidance, protocols and lifestyle support.
Digital and Technical Support Services
These may include:
- Website reviews (Website MOT)
- Website troubleshooting
- Creating new pages within an existing website
- Website usability checks
- Practice Better or Healthpath Pro setup
- Email automation support
- Event platform configuration
- Tool integrations
- General technical support for business systems
2. Scope of Technical Support Services
Technical support includes light digital assistance and recommendations using your existing tools, systems and website platform.
Technical support does not include:
- Full website builds from scratch
- Custom coding or bespoke development
- Hosting, DNS or server management
- Security audits or emergency technical fixes
- IT hardware support
- Responsibility for third-party outages or platform errors
Creating new pages within your existing website is included only when using your site’s current theme or templates.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Ensure they have the appropriate rights to share content or access
- Review recommendations and decide what actions to take
- Manage their own website backups (especially before granting access)
For technical support requiring temporary access:
- Login credentials are shared at your discretion
- Credentials should be updated after work is completed
- NutriSian does not store or retain access details
Responsibility for your website and systems remains with you as the owner.
4. Website MOT Terms
The Website MOT includes:
- A detailed review of your website
- A written report of findings
- A video walkthrough (where stated)
- Recommendations for improvements
The MOT does not include:
- Implementation of changes
- Access to the backend of your website
- Guaranteed business outcomes
- Ongoing troubleshooting
Delivery is usually within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments and Pricing
Payments are taken at the time of booking through a secure payment processor.
Services will not begin until payment has been received.
Pricing for services can be found on the relevant service pages and may be updated from time to time.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Nutrition Services
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Refunds may be at the discretion of NutriSian depending on service use.
Technical Support Services
Due to the nature of the work:
- Website MOTs can be cancelled only before work has started.
- Once the review begins, the service is non-refundable.
- For other technical services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
If NutriSian is unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or rescheduled service may be offered.
7. Limitations of Liability
NutriSian is not liable for:
- Loss of income or business disruption
- Issues arising from third-party tools or outages
- Implementation carried out by the client or another professional
- Future website performance, security or functionality
- Errors caused by hosting providers, plugins, updates or integrations
- Decisions you make based on the recommendations provided
Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
NutriSian will maintain confidentiality with all information shared and process data in line with the Privacy Policy.
For technical support requiring access to systems:
- Access is used only for the agreed purpose
- No access credentials are stored
- All access is removed once the work is completed
9. Communication
Most communication will take place by email.
NutriSian aims to respond within two business days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
